Schezwan fried rice☺️

Hey frnds,hello people out there today’s recipe is going to be another Chinese dish yes ts so spicy n yumm in taste it’s none other than schezwan fried rice it’s one of the rice recipes like you have several other dishes like veg fried rice,egg fried rice,capsicum corn rice etc.ok coming back to this recipe one fine day me and my family went for long ride by road sadly we did not find any good hotels on the route of highway so it kept us starving throughout the day ..Finally reached back to my place with lot of hunger so we went to nice southindian style hotel called ‘CHUTNEY’ I love this hotel for its taste and quick serving nature so I ordered this rice it was so good and tasty it jus melts in our mouth and I was like licking my fingers 😛at the end though it sounds childish ahhh ds dish was our hunger saviour.lets start cooking...

INGREDIENTS:

Beans finely chopped 1 cup
Onions finely chopped 2 nos medium size
Carrot finely chopped 1mediumsize
Capsicum 1 big size chopped
Cabbage 1 cup chopped
Spring onion greens chopped 1 cup
Spring onions 1/2 cup
Green chillies 2 nos (adjust accordingly)
Basmati rice 1cup boiled
Pepper 2tbsp
Salt as needed
Schezwan sauce 3 tbsp
Soya sauce 1/2sp
Red chilli sauce 2tbsp
Vinegar 1sp
Garlic 1/2 tbsp minced
Oil 2tbsps

PREPARATION METHOD:

Soak the basmati rice with water and keep it aside for 15mins don’t soak it for too long we need rice grains to be shown now switch on the flame 🔥 and keep a deep bottomed pan so that you can toss add oil heat it now add garlic chunks just fry don’t do it too much let it be white in colour.add all the chopped vegetables like carrot,beans,cabbage,spring onions,green chillies and capsicum add one after another and keep adding pinch of salt and pepper when you add each veggies.now let it cook for a while with closed lid for jus 5 to 10 mins.add half of the spring onion greens too.fry it.
Meanwhile cook the basmati rice it should be 95 percent done don’t break the rice strain the water and keep aside and let it dry completely.
Now open the lid and check whether veggies are done cook under medium flame now add spicy sauces schezwan sauce,soya sauce,chilli sauce and mix mix mix ahh what a aroma..
Add vinegar and mix everything  now add cooked rice to this pan just mid carefully and toss it so that
Everything gets mixed evenly finally add spring onion greens at the end and serve hot.It can be served as it is or with ketchup..just enjoy 😃
