Noodles pakodas 😍

Hey frnds,today I have come up with another interesting recipe which evrybody loves in this monsoon season yes I am gonna prepare pakodas with noodles sounds interesting rightπŸ˜›it tastes so good as it is named so let’s get into the recipe quickly...betw I stay in hyd it’s rainy season over here so I love spicy foods during rainy days so this motivated me to prepare this dish ok frnds I know u guys r so eagerly waiting to prepare it for u too so let’s start..

Recipe method & ingredients:





*besan 3 tbsp
*noodles boiled 1 cup
*cabbage finely chopped 1cup
*carrot finely chopped 1 cup
*coriander chopped 1 cup
*green chillies 2 chopped
*ginger garlic paste 2 sp
*coriander powder 1sp
*chilli powder 1/2sp(adjust as per ur need)
*cumin powder 1sp
*onions finely chopped 1cup
*curry leaves 5 to 8 nos chopped

PREPARATION METHOD:

Firstly,Take a bowl add all the chopped veggies onions,cabbage,carrot and coriander then add green chillies chopped mix everything well now add the ginger garlic paste and the spice powders and mix well do not add even single drop of water to bind just mix them well.
Meanwhile boil the noodles with little salt and oil so that they don’t stick to eachother.
Now after boiling noodles keep them aside so that they are dry and moist free.
Add the noodles to this bowl mixture and bind them all together this goes well with hands than spatula nicely mix mix mix don’t mash the noodles too much..if done too much you will miss that crunchiness when fried let small chunks of noodles seen.
Now add besan to this mixture and mix it well again make them into patties  and deep fry it till they turn golden brown and enjoy it with ketchup..they are so crispy out and soft inside they taste heavenly don’t miss it.😜hope everybody loves this recipe including kids my toddler likes them alot..have a happie dayπŸ˜πŸ™‚
