GOBI 65 restaurant style


Today, my thoughts on eating sumthing crispy so prepared this yummy Indian starter which can be found easily in any Indian restaurant starter menu..let’s get into the recipe quickly πŸ˜›πŸ˜….

GOBI 65 recipe:

Ingredients list:

  1.  Ginger garlic paste 1 tp
  2. Chilli powder 2tp
  3. Garam masala powder 1/2tp
  4. Pepper powder 1/2tp
  5. Corn flour 2tp
  6. All purpose flour 4tp
  7. Curry leaves chopped
  8. Coriander chopped    
  9. Cauliflower medium sized
  10. Food colour optional
  11. Kashmiri red chilli powder.    
Preparation method:

  • Firstly blanch the cauliflower florets for 10 mins.

  •     After blanching, Take a separate bowl add the spice powders and the rest of the ingredients mentioned.

  • Now Mix all the ingredients together and add cauliflower to it



  • Final step is to deep fry them til they turn golden brown and enjoy it.



  • Gobi 65 looks yumm...
